i got a peaceful, easy feelin...

it has been a good day...as you can tell, i havent had much time to blog lately...i've been a little busy totally having my life flipped upside down...ok, well...maybe thats a little dramatic...but i have had quite a period of unsettling lately...lots of good kids i've been mentoring for years leaving for college...friends moving out of town...computers crashing...a girl in and out of the picture quicker than i can say "crap"...again...haha...my worship leader has resigned...hired a new worship leader...ok enough...you get the picture...very unsettling...

so today was the first day in a long time that i have felt in control of my life...i had a really good day as far as finally getting some work done...i got some new things rolling...had a very productive, positive meeting...got rid of some responsibilities that were weighing me down...all in all a peaceful day...

so you'll notice that i am mentioning "new computer" a lot on here lately...i recently purchased a 12" powerbook...freakin awesome...love it...so portable and seriously user-friendly...cant wait to get some time to just get away and learn some more with it...i also got a new dell this week...my work computer died...and when i say "died" i mean kapoot...dead as a doornail...bit the dust...kicked the bucket...again...you get the picture...ok...so 3 service calls later and 3 motherboards later...a new 17" widescreen dell...fully loaded...freakin awesome too...even if it is the size of a small house...HUGE...love it though since i have the powerbook to tote around easily...everything is finally getting transfered over and its all coming back together after 3 weeks...literally...of total chaos...peaceful

i have been praying for so many people lately...thats good...i want to become a pray-er...in private...not in prayer meetings...not in public...but i want to be someone that quietly petitions God on behalf of others...and i have been...peaceful...

i need another day like this tomorrow...
